These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of epiicevents.com (the "Platform").
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
Users represent that they are legally competent to enter into binding agreements.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and all activity conducted through their account.
The Platform facilitates access to events, employment open positions, registrations, engagements, promotions, and related services.
The Platform does not warrant or guarantee the authenticity, accuracy, availability, or reliability of any listing, event, participant, organizer, or content. Users shall conduct their own due diligence prior to engaging in any transaction, employment, or opportunity posted on the Platform.
Any Service availed by the User, once initiated or consumed either partially or fully, shall be considered delivered and non-refundable.
Payments for paid services are processed through third-party payment gateways. The Platform disclaims responsibility for payment gateway errors, failures, or delays.
Platform reserves the right to determine pricing and to change the cost of Services at its discretion.
No refund shall be entertained under any circumstances for purchased services, whether partially or wholly utilized, or even if not utilized at all.
By registering on the Platform, the User provides consent to receive transactional and promotional communications via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other electronic communication channels.
Such data shall not be disclosed to third parties except to authorized service providers engaged for communication delivery, platform operations, or where disclosure is required under applicable law. Users may opt out of promotional communications in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Certain data may be shared with sponsors strictly in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The Company shall comply with applicable Indian data protection and privacy laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and any rules, amendments, or regulations issued thereunder.
Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, host, and distribute such content.
Users shall not post unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful content.
All outputs generated using automated or AI-based tools are provided strictly for informational and assistance purposes only. Any workflows, shortlists, recommendations, insights, or suggestions generated are indicative, non-binding, and advisory in nature, and shall not be relied upon as professional, legal, employment, financial, or commercial advice. Users remain solely responsible for independently evaluating and validating any such outputs before acting upon them.
Users expressly acknowledge that use of the Platform, whether paid or free, does not guarantee or assure any outcome, including but not limited to employment, candidate availability, contest results, sponsorships, or commercial success.
The Platform acts solely as a facilitator and assumes no responsibility for outcomes.
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, service marks, logos, content, designs, software, and other proprietary materials displayed on the Platform are the sole and exclusive property of platform owners or its licensors, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Logos, names, or trademarks of third parties including but not limited to Employers and Educational Institutions used on the Platform remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Use of such intellectual property in the platform does not confer any rights, and such materials are used solely for identification or representational purposes.
Users agree not to use, copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any proprietary content from the Platform without prior written authorization.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No representation or warranty is made that access to the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free from defects, viruses, or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, under no circumstances shall the Platform, its operators, affiliates, service providers, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or reputational harm, arising out of or in connection with:
The Platform expressly disclaims all liability and responsibility with respect to the authenticity, accuracy, legality, completeness, or reliability of any job listings, event details, postings, representations, communications, employer information, organizer claims, participant profiles, or applications submitted by Users or third parties.
All interactions, engagements, decisions, and outcomes resulting from use of the Platform are undertaken solely at the User's own risk, and Users are responsible for conducting independent verification and due diligence before acting upon any information or opportunity available on the Platform.
All warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed, including warranties of fitness, accuracy, or merchantability. This includes but is not limited to job placement, employer conduct, or candidate competence.
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the platform, its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of their misuse of the Platform or breach of these Terms.
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any User at its sole discretion, without notice, if it determines that the User has violated these Terms or engaged in misconduct, fraudulent activity, security risk or legal obligations.
Upon termination, all rights granted to the User under these Terms shall cease, and the platform may delete or disable access to the User's account and content. Termination may result in forfeiture of unused credits or services without compensation. However, certain obligations, such as indemnity, limitation of liability, and intellectual property rights, shall survive such termination.
The Platform shall not be held liable for failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riots, pandemics, cyber-attacks, and governmental actions.
All prices indicated on the Platform are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Users shall be solely responsible for all applicable taxes arising from their transactions on the Platform.
The Platform may contain links or integration with third-party websites and services. The platform does not endorse or assume responsibility for any such third-party content or services.
User data, including but not limited to registration details and content submissions, shall be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in these Terms and the Privacy Policy, including operational continuity, auditing, and legal compliance, unless a longer retention period is required under applicable law.
Upon a valid deletion request, such data shall be deleted or anonymized, subject to applicable legal, regulatory, or statutory retention obligations.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes shall be resolved strictly on an individual basis. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Users waive any right to initiate or participate in any class action, collective action, representative proceeding, or consumer association complaint arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform.
The Platform may, at its sole discretion, assign, transfer, novate, or otherwise deal with its rights and obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, to any affiliate, successor entity, or third party, including pursuant to a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, without requiring any further consent or notice to the User.
Users shall not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of the Platform, and any attempted assignment in violation of this provision shall be void.
The Platform may, at its sole discretion, modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Revised Terms shall be posted on the Platform, and continued access to or use of the Platform following such posting shall constitute deemed and binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any breach or default under these Terms shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.
The headings used in this Agreement are for reference purposes only and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of the Agreement.
